I’m looking to speak with Senior Contact Centre / Customer Operations Leaders for a major international consumer services business in Madrid.
Sales & Growth – leading large-scale B2C sales, retention, customer performance and growth across inbound/outbound channels and internal/BPO operations.
I’m particularly interested in people who have operated at significant scale– large multi-site/contact-centre environments, multiple Operations Managers, outsourced partners and complex customer journeys.
Backgrounds that could be relevant include:
- Insurance / Warranty / Assistance
- BPO / Outsourced Operations
These are genuine senior operational leadership roles, not simply strategy positions – I'm looking for people who have actually run large teams, delivered performance and owned the customer operation.
