Is it you? Read on! /p p In this position you will be in charge of a team of entertainers, so you should not be afraid of organisational tasks. Of course, you will not be alone, but will work together with your area coordinator. /p p Your responsibilities will be: /p ul li Implementing the programme of daytime and evening activities (we have teams of 2-12 entertainers). /li li Organising the schedules of the entertainers /li li Reporting information on entertainment activities to Acttiv. /li li Following Acttiv’s quality policy /li li Being aware of the needs of your team’s entertainers. /li li Attending and receiving training provided by the company. /li li Participating in meetings with other entertainment leaders in your area. /li li Monitoring your team’s time recording /li li Training and evaluating your team /li li Obtain positive reviews to improve the online reputation of the establishment /li /ul p Of course, organisation is not everything: you will participate in shows, and interact with guests from all over the world. /p h3 What are we asking for? /h3 p Do you want to know if you are the idóneo candidate? At Acttiv we need a person who: /p ul li Has previous experience of at least one season as entertainment manager. /li li Has an excellent level of Spanish and English. Any other language, such as French, is always welcome. /li li Valued education (but not essential): studies related to tourist entertainment or tourism. /li li Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Word or Power Point.
