Read, interpret, and comply with customer specifications and requirements. Select appropriate HVAC equipment and technical solutions. Communicate effectively with customers and project stakeholders. Qualifications
BSc and/or MSc degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related technical field. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar HVAC engineering role.



Proficiency in English required; knowledge of French considered an advantage. Strong knowledge of the marine and offshore industry, including relevant business practices and regulations. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with rapidly changing priorities and multiple concurrent deadlines. Self‑motivated with the ability to anticipate, identify, and take action on potential issues and problems. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and independently while maintaining high standards. High level of accountability, integrity, and professional ethics.
