Position: HR Payroll and Support Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to customers and app users via email, chat, and phone, ensuring prompt assistance Ensure all contract-related matters are organized Support new employees during their onboarding process Assist with administrative tasks like VSO agreements and time registration Review and verify the accuracy of documents, arrange work permits Continuously updated concerning legislation, including NDA and GDPR compliance Serve as the point of contact for all salary-related inquiries, and manage payroll Identify opportunities for smarter operations and contribute to process improvements based on feedback, prioritizing efficiency REQUIREMENTS:
