under continuous improvement methodology to achieve the objectives fixed in terms of Customer Care, Service, Receivables and Cost. To adapt our Ot C Processes to the new Business models. What you'll get to do
Planning: To coordinate the implementation of training plans for Ot C teams aligned to processes & to improve knowledge, performance and accuracy. To prioritize and coordinate new requirements, and act as a key user for functional designs. To work and lead initiatives and projects within Ot C process (new subsidiaries, new brands,…) To analyze opportunities and drive specific projects to improve Ot C procedures and KPIs outcome Execute: To deploy harmonized Ot C processes , & tools across subsidiaries To assure continuous improvement on existing processes & tools based on detected issues and internal best practices To be a part of the approval of any change in the Ot C process needed locally/regionally, finally approved by the BPO. To monitor performance and work load of the Ot C teams. Control: To follow a sustainability process to assess skill gaps for Ot C To follow up overall Ot C KPIs and look for corrective actions: Service Level, Receivables, Collections and Risks, TPP. We'd love to meet you if you have University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field. 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. Fluent in English and Spanish. Other European languages are a plus.
