For our young software company DiBooq, we are looking for a dedicated team member to strengthen our office near Palma in customer support and onboarding. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time work, this position offers adaptable weekly hours between 20 and 40 hours. In this role, you will play an essential part in helping vacation rental owners and hosts make the most out of our modern software platform, delivering top-tier support directly from Mallorca.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will center around guiding and assisting vacation rental hosts as they start using our software. You will lead informative online demos to showcase how the solution works and walk users step by step through various features. In addition, you will be the reliable first point of contact whenever users have questions or need assistance, providing helpful answers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience from the very beginning.
What you bring to the team:
- Native-level proficiency in German,
combined with Spanish or French at C2 or native level.
- Strong enthusiasm for customer contact and direct communication.
- A permanent place of residence on Mallorca.
- Solid technical understanding and a natural comfort when working with modern software applications.
- Marketing knowledge is considered a valuable advantage, but it is not a mandatory requirement.

What DiBooq offers you:
- A competitive base salary of 26,000 euros gross per year based on a 40-hour week.
