We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join a leading multinational telecommunications company in Las Tablas, Madrid . This is a full‑time, on‑site position offered through Eurofirms under a permanent contract. Your

responsibilities:
Manage and optimize SEM, Google Shopping, Affiliate/CPS and Paid Social campaigns . Plan budgets and media strategies for product launches and promotional campaigns. Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR and overall campaign performance . Optimize audiences, media mix and budget allocation. Coordinate agencies, media partners and creative assets. Ensure campaign accuracy through regular QA and performance analysis.
