Introduction

You are at the end of the production line and keep the sawing and welding machines running. You process steel tubes, put them together, make base plates, and support the assembly of steel structures. The work is varied and all-round: you are not only a production employee or welder, but both.

Organization

The manufacturing company produces steel structures and custom products such as support structures, stairs, railings, and platforms for various sectors. The team is small and close-knit, making collaboration a given: everyone helps each other as needed. The work is done under a roof, so it is dry, but exposed to the outside temperature. Speaking English is sufficient to communicate with colleagues of different nationalities.

Function

As a production worker/welder, you work in the sawing and welding areas. You saw and bundle steel pipes, place base plates with a welding manipulator, and assemble steel structures such as consoles.



You check the dimensions and quality of the parts and contribute to a neat and safe working environment. You work independently as well as with colleagues and play an important role in delivering high-quality steel products.

Your working hours are from 07:00 to 16:00, full-time 40 hours per week.

Job Requirements

This is you:

- You have a driver's license;
- You are Dutch, English, or Polish speaking;
- You are meticulous and practically minded;
- You have experience in production or welding is a plus.
