Function

As a Recruiter at W&F;, you work in the heart of the organization.



You actively search for technical skilled workers from all over Europe and guide them through the entire application process. You screen CVs, conduct intake interviews (often in English), and create strong candidate profiles. When the candidate can start, you check with Housing and the Account Manager if everything is arranged. Even after the placement, you remain involved: you are the contact person for the candidate and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Job Requirements

- You have at least MBO 4 work and thinking level
- You have an affinity with the technical sector and people with an international background
- You speak Polish and English
- You are energetic, social, and easily switch between people and processes (after all, you are a real connector)
- You know how to keep an overview and feel responsible for your work
