With your technical insight, you ensure that the material is processed neatly, the dimensions are correct, and as little waste as possible is produced. As a Machine Operator, you work meticulously with various sawing machines and keep a close eye on the process from start to finish. This organization has been active as a producer of custom industrial packaging since 2002. What started on an industrial site in Eindhoven has grown into multiple production locations with a total of 17,500 m2 of business space. The locations operate with a modern machine park, and the entire production is carried out in-house.

Within the company, an enthusiastic team with extensive knowledge and experience works. The focus is on quality, delivery reliability, and flexibility. For various packaging issues, the organization offers a suitable solution: from engineering and series production to packaging on-site at customers and storage in the warehouse.

Function

As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for safely operating various sawing machines. You create sawing programs on the machine, process sawing orders according to instructions, and ensure that the material is used as efficiently as possible. In doing so, you pay attention not only to speed but also to quality, dimensions, and minimizing waste.





During work, you carefully check the sawn orders. Are the dimensions correct and does the result meet the requirements? Then the material can proceed to the next step in the production process. Additionally, you perform basic maintenance on the machines according to the agreements made and ensure that tools are used and maintained correctly per machine.

Keeping the machines clean is also part of your duties. If you notice a deficiency, malfunction, or deviation, you report it to your supervisor. If you see opportunities to work smarter, safer, or more efficiently, you communicate this according to the applicable procedures.

Job Requirements

What is expected from you?

- You are proficient in Dutch and/or English;
- You work accurately and meticulously;
- You preferably have 1 to 3 years of experience with similar woodworking machines;
