Function

As a Books Machine Operator, you are responsible for operating different production machines within the book production process. You will work with both simple and more advanced machinery while ensuring production targets, quality standards, and output levels are achieved.

You quickly identify risks or production issues and take action before they affect the process. Basic machine maintenance is also part of your daily responsibilities to keep the equipment in good condition. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to an efficient and smooth-running production environment. During peak periods,



you are versátil in working shifts and remain accurate even when production volumes increase.

Job Requirements

What is expected from you?

- Affinity with technology and machinery;
- Accurate working attitude and ability to follow procedures;
- Strong focus on quality and attention to detail;
- Flexibility to work in 2 shifts (06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00);
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Experience as a Machine Operator in a production environment is a plus.
- During peak periods, the company works in three shifts:
06:00 – 14:00
14:00 – 22:00
22:00 – 06:00
Overtime and occasional Saturday shifts are part of the role during busy production weeks.
