Introduction

You arrive on site at the customer's location, review what needs to be packaged, and ensure that the product is handled safely, neatly, and according to agreement. The correct packaging is assembled, the dimensions are correct, and all information is properly recorded. As a Field Service Employee, you not only work with your hands but are also the business card on site. Organization

This organization has been active as a producer of custom industrial packaging since 2002. What started on an industrial estate in Eindhoven has grown into multiple production sites with a total of 17,500 m2 of business space. The sites operate with a modern machine park, and all production is carried out in-house.

Within the company, an enthusiastic team with extensive knowledge and experience works. The focus is on quality, delivery reliability, and flexibility. For a wide range of packaging issues, the organization offers a suitable solution: from engineering and series production to packaging on-site at customers and storage in the warehouse.

Function

As an External Field Employee, you will work on-site assembling industrial packaging and carefully packaging customers' products. You work safely with the appropriate tools and check the quality and dimensions of parts and final products during your work. Since you work with customers' products, accuracy is extra important. You ensure that everything is handled responsibly and packaged neatly.

In addition to the executive work,



you keep track of project information, such as working hours, materials used, photos, and other relevant records. You also regularly communicate the status of the work to the company, so everyone knows how the project is progressing. You neatly apply stamps, information, and labels, keep your workplace clean, and ensure that used tools are properly maintained on-site.

Sometimes you load trucks or help with stowing containers, always in consultation with the customer. Keeping the company car neat and well-maintained is also part of your duties. If you encounter any issues on-site or see opportunities to better organize the work, you report this to your supervisor according to the applicable procedures.

Job Requirements

What is expected from you?

- You are proficient in Dutch and/or English;
- You have a driver's license B;
- You have a forklift certificate;
- You can work independently on location;
- You are communicatively skilled towards customers;
- You work accurately and meticulously;
- You preferably have 1 to 3 years of experience in the production of packaging.
