This bakery is known for its wide range of pastry products, such as Dutch egg cakes, foam and meringue products, sheet cakes and cookies. In addition, the bakery specializes in bake-off batter and dough, which can be found in both supermarkets and wholesalers. Here, you will work in a close-knit team and contribute to preparing and packaging these products.

Function

As a Production Worker Food, you will be responsible for the entire production process from preparing dough to packing the finished products. Your duties are:

- Preparing dough and batter according to established recipes;
- Replenishing machines with the correct ingredients;
- Monitoring and controlling the baking process and making adjustments if necessary;
- Quality control of the products;




- And daily cleaning according to cleaning schedules and meeting established quality standards.

Job Requirements

For this role, we are looking for someone who possesses:

- Perseverance and a proactive work ethic.
- Passion for the food industry, which is reflected in your work.
- Willingness to roll up their sleeves and do physical work.
- Flexibility and the willingness to work occasional overtime.

Offer

In this position, you can count on:

- A gross hourly wage of €16.37;
- Interesting employment conditions according to the collective labour agreement for the confectionery industry;

- You start between 05:00 and 06:00 and finish when production is completed, which will usually be between 15:00 and 16:00.
