For a production environment in the printing industry, we are looking for a Books All-Round Production Employee. In this role, you contribute to a smooth production process where precision and focus are essential.

Function

As a Books All-Round Production Employee, you will perform daily production tasks that are essential to ensuring a smooth production process. You will identify deviations and issues in a timely manner, helping production continue without disruption. Small mistakes can have a significant impact, so your attention to detail and precision are crucial. During peak periods, you will work in a two-shift system and contribute to a reliable workflow. A short training period of 1–2 days will help you get up to speed quickly.

- You take responsibility for the final result;
- You are versátil and willing to work in a two-shift system (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00);
- You have a good command of Dutch or English.
- During busy periods, the department operates in a three-shift system:
06:00–14:00
14:00–22:00
22:00–06:00
Overtime and Saturday work are part of the role during peak periods. These peak periods mainly occur during weeks 33–36, weeks 46–52, and weeks 1–2.
