This organization is active in the staffing industry and is engaged daily in deploying and supporting temporary workers at various clients. This involves not only finding the right workplace, but also arranging suitable accommodation and transportation.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, different departments work closely together. Think of recruitment, account managers, account management and the facilities department. As a Planner, you are an important link between these teams and ensure that all schedules are well coordinated with each other.

Function

As a Planner, you are the one who ensures that all the puzzle pieces fall into place. You start your workday by checking the staff schedule. Are all temporary workers scheduled? Do the work rosters match up and is transport properly arranged? Meanwhile, a sick leave notification comes in and a client asks if extra staff are available tomorrow. No problem, you keep the overview and immediately search for a suitable solution.

You process your clients' staff schedules in P4F, taking into account availability, hour guarantees and client wishes. When changes occur, sick leaves are reported or workers don't show up, you quickly coordinate with the relevant departments and arrange replacements where needed. You also identify bottlenecks and actively think about how the schedule can be made smarter and more efficient.

But your work doesn't stop at staff scheduling.



You also look at the accommodation and transport of temporary workers. You ensure an efficient distribution of cars and drivers, coordinate trips with colleagues and liaise with the facilities department when something isn't working properly.

In addition, you maintain contact with clients, answer scheduling questions and ensure that colleagues always have the right information. This way, you not only keep the schedule running, but also contribute to satisfied clients and temporary workers

Job Requirements

What do we expect from you as a Planner?

- You have experience with planning and preferably knowledge of the staffing industry;
- You have insight into personnel planning, accommodation, transportation and customer needs;
- You speak English and can communicate clearly with various parties;
- You work accurately, are organizationally strong and know how to prioritize well;
- You are stress-resistant, adaptable and think in solutions when plans change;
- You are willing to work according to a rotating schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
