Function

You start the week with an overview: which vacancies have priority and which candidates are the best fit? Then you actively work on open positions within engineering, logistics, and production. The leads you work with are mostly warm, allowing you to switch quickly and make an immediate impact.

As an International Recruiter, you handle applications, assess CVs, and schedule online intake interviews. During these interviews, you discover who someone is, what they are looking for, and where opportunities lie. Afterward,



you create candidate profiles that colleagues can use to approach clients.

Even after an interview, you remain involved. You follow up on applications, maintain contact with candidates, and ensure that processes run smoothly. Thanks to your overview, energy, and people skills, you know how to make the right matches.

Job Requirements

What do you bring to the table?

- Minimum MBO 4 work and thinking level
- Experience as a Recruiter in an international environment
- Good command of the English language
- Good command of an other European language
- You are communicatively strong and socially inclined
- You work proactively and maintain an overview
- You are eager to learn and dare to ask critical questions
- You think in solutions and tackle matters independently
- You enjoy working together and bring positive energy
