Allianz Services is where that legacy meets the future. We deliver specialized services to clients within Allianz Group, powered by AI, advanced analytics, and a mindset that refuses to stand still. From core insurance operations to engineering and consulting services, we reimagine how insurance works. We don't support the business. Role Overview Allianz Group is developing the Allianz Security Operations Center (ASOC) as an integrated capability bringing together threat intelligence, travel security, physical security, executive protection, incident response and crisis management, with the objective of progressively building scalable 24/7 operational capacity for both man-made and natural risks. It will protect Allianz personnel, physical assets, business operations, and critical functions through consistent monitoring, analysis, escalation, coordination, and reporting. The ASOC is positioned within Allianz Services and functionally reports into Corporate Security’s Group Protection and Resilience Team.
Reporting to the ASOC Operational Lead, the ASOC Operational Officer will support the day-to-day functioning of the ASOC operational activities, contributing to incident intake, triage, escalation, coordination, and operational reporting across geographies, business lines, and functions. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical, reporting skills, and practical experience in physical security operations, incident response, control room environments, or comparable operational settings. Monitor, receive, and assess incoming security alerts, incidents, and requests, supporting the intake, triage, prioritization, and escalation process in line with ASOC procedures and Operational Lead guidance.
Execute initial response actions for physical security incidents, including containment measures,

stakeholder notifications, coordination with local teams, and liaison with emergency services where required.
Collaborate closely with ASOC teams across multiple hubs to support shared objectives and meet performance expectations.
Operate and monitor key ASOC systems and platforms, including travel security, mass notification, access control, incident management tools, and related operational systems, ensuring alerts are handled in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Support coordination with internal stakeholders, including Group Protection & Resilience, Cyber SOC, Communications, Real Estate, business lines, local teams, and other relevant functions.
Conduct checks with Operating Entity Protection & Resilience teams and local management to verify security posture, clarify facts, identify practical gaps, and support proportionate response decisions.
Participate actively in drills, table-top exercises, readiness checks, ongoing training, and preparedness reviews for high-impact events, crisis scenarios, travel disruptions, major incidents or crisis.
Track and support the reporting of relevant operational indicators, including incident volumes, response times, and escalation performance.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure adherence to confidentiality, data protection, operational security, information-sharing, and governance protocols.
