You take care of network and firewall topics across CONVOTIS / MCON, from day-to-day operations to project work




You design and document network environments for customer and internal projects, following our principle of documenting everything before implementation
You introduce basic network automation (e.g. Ansible, Python or Bash) to streamline deployments
You actively suggest improvements to configurations and technical details
As part of our duty roster, you take part in shift duties together with the NOC/SOC Operations Team, including nights, weekends and holidays
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (excluding educational programs and internships)
Extended hands‑on knowledge of pfSense and OPNsense, IPSec VPNs, BGP or other dynamic routing protocols, switches (preferably Dell), and networking on Proxmox
First experience with network automation using Ansible, Python or Bash
Fluent English and Spanish
