As Maintenance Manager , you will join our Maintenance team In this role, you will report to the Plant Manager and will have the opportunity to be responsible for directing and organizing Plant Maintenance based on dispatch requirements, complying with applicable laws and established procedures, prioritizing the safety of people and equipment in order to achieve maximum plant performance, availability, provide the client with a high standard of quality and take ownership of continuous improvement.
. You will plan strategic maintenance activities,



respond to any maintenance issues in a timely manner and in real time, and manage maintenance tasks to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with applicable safety, environmental and quality standards. Review and/or approval of the Maintenance Procedures and Instructions
Supervision and management of daily reports, monthly reports, start up and shutdown reports, incident reports, etc.
Establish and ensure compliance with the Work Permit System (BFS)
Member of the Management Committee and HSE in the investigation and monitoring of incidents/accidents and regular investigator of work accidents
Organize and coordinate the necessary technical and security training to improve the professional skills of the team
Communicate the importance of the Management System Requirements
Maintenance of the quality, safety and MA system based on the corresponding ISO standards
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, in CHP or CSP power plants environment.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering / science-based discipline.
