About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate general insurance policies.
- Explain policy features, benefits, coverage options, and pricing in a clear and concise manner.
- Process new insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients, assisting with policy inquiries, updates, and renewals.
- Handle customer service issues and complaints, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Assist clients with initial steps in the claims process when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements
