What you’ll do Performance & Insights

- Monitor regional KPIs and performance trends to ensure budget and revenue targets are met.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and automated alerts for business stakeholders.
- Translate BI insights into concrete business actions and clear, effective communication.

Revenue Optimization

- Analyze pricing setup and sub-unit performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track ongoing promotions and evaluate their impact on business performance.
- Develop revenue optimization tools and models to support pricing and commercial decisions.

Analytics Projects

- Lead analytical initiatives that enhance efficiency and support strategic decision-making through reporting, automation and AI.
- Work with offline and online data sources to produce accurate, statistically sound analysis.
- Capture and document business requirements using structured methodologies.

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or data science (travel industry experience is a plus).




- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
- Strong Excel and SQL skills, and hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Experience in revenue optimization or commercial analytics.
- Highly data-driven, able to convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

- Experience with Python, machine learning modeling and cloud data platforms (we use AWS).
- Knowledge of ETLs and data modeling.
- Prior experience in online travel, e-commerce, or marketplace analytics.
