Location: Fully Remote (Europe) UK hours

Key Responsibilities

- Own technical decisions around architecture, scalability, and performance.
- Build robust APIs (REST/GraphQL) and ensure clean integration with front-end systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps to deliver elegant, user-centric solutions.
- Establish and uphold engineering standards: code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and documentation .

Key Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
- AI Experience - setting up agents on Claude
- Strong proficiency in React.js / Next.js and Node.js (Express or NestJS) .
- Solid understanding of AWS , Docker , and modern CI/CD pipelines .
- Experienced with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with microservices or serverless architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
