Department: Sales Location: Granada Contract type: Permanent Purpose The Account Manager’s role is to increase sales and margins by attracting new customers and expanding Medline’s product and service offering to our existing customers.How can you help us?Designs and executes an account plan to build new and grow existing businessCreates and maximises customer value and loyalty, resulting in long‑term relationshipsCollectively works with internal team members like Clinical Sales, Product Managers and Customer Service Agents to drive sales success and customer satisfactionManages tenders and price quotations in collaboration with the Customer Service & Tender Management team as well as the product divisionsGains customer insights and identifies the right customer stakeholders to help drive the purchasing processWorks according to the Challenger Sales methodologyLaunches new products and solutions to customersTakes active involvement in the complaint process for his/her own customersProvides sales forecasts and updates them regularlyMaintains and uses CRM data to improve (his/her own) performanceCollects customer feedback and market insights, and makes suggestions for improvements on products and services to the product divisionsOrganises symposia, conferences and regional exhibitions to promote products (both online and offline)Successfully completed higher education or relevant work experience in business and/or healthcareHealthcare industry experience and knowledge of hospital decision‑making processes are advantageousMinimum 3 years of experience in salesAble to quickly build relationships with key people internally and externallyStrong drive for resultsWell‑organised and structuredAbility to achieve results in a fast‑paced, changing,
