(USA), is hiring an entry-level Account Manager for our growing team in Barcelona. German-speaking candidates are especially welcome.We design and manufacture custom beer fonts and tap handles that help breweries across Europe stand out at the point of pour. Our account managers are part brand consultant, part project manager, part creative partner. They listen carefully to a brewery, understand what the brand is really trying to say, and translate that vision into a brief our design and production teams can bring to life. Every engagement is custom, and every project starts with a conversation.This role is ideal for someone early in their career who loves listening, asking good questions, and solving problems for people, and who wants to grow into a full account management position managing brewery relationships across the European continent.What You’ll DoLearn to manage customer relationships with breweries and brands across a diverse European territory, including major beer markets such as the UK, Germany, and BelgiumListen to brewery and brand teams, uncover what they need, and shape their ideas into clear design briefsGuide each project from first conversation through design, quoting, and production, keeping the customer informed and confident along the wayCollaborate daily with our design, engineering, and production teams in Barcelona, the UK, and the USAKeep quotes, documentation, and project tracking current in NetSuiteHelp prepare presentations, prototypes,



and client samplesJoin trade shows and brewery visits across Europe as you build your own client relationshipsWhat We’re Looking For0–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, design, marketing, or project coordination role; recent graduates are welcomeA natural listener and problem-solver who understands what customers actually need and enjoys helping them get thereOrganized, curious, and comfortable managing several projects at once across different countries and culturesInterest in design, branding, and how physical products get madeFluent German, strongly preferredStrong communication skills in English (C1 or better) and SpanishFrench, Italian, or other European language skills are a plusValid EU work permitEnthusiasm for beer, brands, and creative manufacturingTraining & GrowthYou’ll receive direct mentorship from experienced account managers and technical leads.
