With 206 rooms and seven villas, destination dining, wellness facilities, and a Beach Club, we are building a team that will bring warm, thoughtful hospitality to every part of the guest experience.About the RoleLead the Food & Beverage vision behind one of Ibiza's most exciting luxury resort openings.As we prepare for opening, we are looking for an exceptional Director of Food & Beverage to join our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the culinary, beverage, and social experiences that will define ZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza.Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Director of Food & Beverage will lead the overall strategy, performance, and guest experience across all Food & Beverage outlets within the resort.This is a unique opportunity to create and launch a distinctive F&B offering from the ground up. With oversight of destination restaurants, bars, beach and pool experiences, in-room dining, events, and entertainment-driven concepts, you will play a pivotal role in positioning ZEST as one of Ibiza's most sought-after lifestyle and dining destinations.As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance while delivering exceptional service standards, innovative concepts, and memorable guest experiences that embody the ZEST brand.Key responsibilities will include:Leading the overall F&B strategy and day-to-day operation across the resortDriving revenue, profitability, cost control and payroll performanceWorking closely with the Executive Chef on food quality, presentation and concept deliveryLeading restaurant, bar, pool and events operationsDeveloping menus,



pricing, beverage strategies and service standardsRecruiting, developing and inspiring an outstanding F&B leadership and operational teamWorking collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Events to maximise commercial opportunitiesDelivering exceptional experiences for international, VIP and high-profile guestsCoordinating F&B operations around pool parties, DJ sets, entertainment and promoter-led eventsSupporting pre-opening, seasonal mobilisation and operational readinessAbout YouExperience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Management, or a related field.Significant senior leadership experience within Food & Beverage operations in luxury hotels, resorts, lifestyle brands, or complex multi-outlet environments.Proven track record of successfully managing restaurants, bars, beach clubs, pool venues, and event operations.Strong commercial expertise across revenue management, budgeting, payroll control, purchasing, and profitability analysis.Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and motivating large and diverse Food & Beverage teams.Strong knowledge of contemporary food, beverage, nightlife, and lifestyle hospitality trends.Previous experience within a luxury resort or seasonal destination environment is highly desirable.Experience participating in a hotel or resort pre-opening is advantageous.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English and Spanish.Valid EU work authorization or the appropriate Spanish work permit.Key CompetenciesStrategic and commercially driven leadership.Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest experience excellence.Strong operational and financial management capabilities.Inspirational leadership and team development skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
