Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking and referrals.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their financial situations and insurance requirements.
* Present and explain a range of insurance products (life, health, auto, property) in a clear and understandable manner.
* Develop customized insurance proposals tailored to individual client needs and budgets.
* Guide clients through the application and underwriting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up.




* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
* Collaborate with team members and management to share best practices and drive collective success. Requirements
* Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
* Ability to understand and explain complex financial products.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
* Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
* Must be based in or willing to relocate to León, Guanajuato.
