About the Role
Head of Corporate Finance & Accounting | Madrid Responsibilities Lead statutory accounting under Spanish GAAP (PGC) and monthly close Prepare reporting and consolidation packages for our parent group Coordinate external audit and statutory filings (Registro Mercantil, Tax Authorities) Manage relationships with external tax and legal advisors Manage intercompany transactions and support treasury, intragroup funding and cash management Build and improve finance processes and controls Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting,



Economics or similar Required Skills Solid experience in Spanish statutory accounting and tax compliance Experience in multinational or group reporting environments; knowledge of IFRS is a strong plus Experience managing intercompany financial transactions, including cross-charges, cost reallocation and the settlement of balances between group entities Experience coordinating cross-border cash flows and fund transfers between companies within an international group Spanish and English required (both fluent); French is a plus Hands‑on, autonomous profile, comfortable in a growing organisation Preferred Skills French is a plus Pay range and compensation package Permanent contract Competitive compensation package Adaptable working model (4 days office / 1 day remote) Benefits package including meal vouchers [and private health insurance] A key role in the setup of a new energy organisation #J-18808-Ljbffr
