• Machine Learning: Apply statistical techniques, machine learning and data analysis to solve complex business problems and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.Translate business problems into effective AI solutions, selecting appropriate models, techniques, data sources and technologies based on the needs of the use case.Data &

• Innovation: Stay current with developments in machine learning, Generative AI and agentic AI, and assess how emerging technologies can create value for SD Worx.Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science or a related field.At least 5–7 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence or a related role.Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistical analysis and modern AI techniques.Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and experience with relevant data science and AI libraries.Experience developing AI solutions using different types of structured and unstructured data.Understanding of techniques for connecting AI systems with enterprise data and knowledge.Experience designing appropriate evaluation and testing approaches for AI solutions.Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and modern software development practices including Git and CI/CD.You have a pragmatic and result-driven mindset,
