Role Description The AI Innovation Manager will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions across CoreFi’s core banking and financial product lifecycle. This full-time remote role involves identifying high-impact AI use cases, scoping projects with product and engineering teams, and translating business requirements into technical roadmaps. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional AI initiatives, defining experimentation frameworks, overseeing data usage and model performance,



and ensuring solutions align with regulatory, risk, and compliance standards in financial services.

The AI Innovation Manager will collaborate with stakeholders in product, engineering, compliance, and client success to integrate agentic AI capabilities into onboarding, lending, payments, and portfolio management workflows. The role also includes monitoring emerging AI technologies, maintaining best practices for responsible AI, and supporting client-facing discussions on AI features and value propositions.

Qualifications

- Experience in AI strategy and solution design, including identifying use cases, building roadmaps, and managing end-to-end AI initiatives in complex domains.
- Practical knowledge of machine learning, agentic AI systems, automation workflows, and cloud-native architectures, ideally within financial services or fintech.
- Background in core banking, lending, payments, or digital onboarding, with familiarity in KYC/AML, compliance workflows, and risk management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, compliance, and business teams.
- Experience in innovation management, including experimentation frameworks, pilot programs, and iterating on AI features based on user and performance feedback.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms for internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and using metrics to evaluate AI impact and operational efficiency.
