This role leads and develops a team of Insights Experts, while also holding end-to-end insight responsibility for a defined disease area, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, independent analysis that enables informed decision-making and supports excellence in commercialization.The Insight Lead motivates, coaches, and develops the team to consistently deliver impactful insights. Leadership, capability development, and prioritisation are central to this role. The position works closely with Data Analytics, the IPS Leadership Team, and Global teams to prioritise work, align across Squads, and leverage enterprise capabilities,
