MISSIONTo collaborate to achieve economic, quality, service and sustainability purchasing targets and the project team’s objectives. To manage all assigned suppliers and lead all purchasing activities for assigned projects.GENERAL FUNCTIONS - Apply defined strategy for all suppliers’ panel and assigned product families: develop, promote, globalize, replace or eliminate suppliers. Buyer can be dedicated to Production Suppliers or Indirect Suppliers (or both).Sea uno de los primeros solicitantes, lea la descripción completa del puesto a continuación y luego envíe su candidatura para que sea considerada. - Negotiate with suppliers to achieve business objectives. - Lead all the assigned suppliers’ problems, following the escalation matrix. - Manage all assigned project-purchasing activities, following FDS. - Negotiate and implement technical savings with suppliers. - Lead sourcing processes to ensure reaching quality, price, timing, sustainability and service objectives. - When designated to do so, act as “General Lead Buyer” for the global suppliers, representing Ficosa in front of the supplier as a single voice and coordinated with the buyers of the rest of the Countries. - Present the sourcing processes in assignments committee for the assigned suppliers. - Participate in purchasing monthly report processes for all projects and suppliers that are assigned. - Apply all standard methodologies according to Ficosa's Purchasing System.
