Today, CrowdFarming is present in 8 countries and sells to more than 600,000 customers in 32 countries.About The Role We are looking for a Head of Accounting to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Controlling, and play a key role in shaping the Group’s accounting function in a multinational environment.In this role, you will ensure technical rigor in financial closings, consistency of accounting criteria across subsidiaries, and robustness of consolidated reporting, while evolving the model towards a scalable and standardized structure aligned with business growth.Your mission is to design, lead, and fully own the Group Accounting function, overseeing transactional accounting, audits, intercompany processes, ERP governance, fiscal compliance, and treasury operations, while driving automation and operational excellence across all entities. You will also lead and develop a high-performing Accounting team, ensuring strong standards, KPIs, and upskilling plans.What you will do Lead and own the Group Accounting function, ensuring accurate closings, statutory compliance, and consolidated reportingCoordinate accounting policies, controls, and intercompany processes across subsidiariesManage audits at Group and local levels, acting as primary contact for external auditorsOversee treasury operations, collections, payments, FX management, and working capital controlsLead ERP selection, implementation, and integrations,
