What you’ll doPerformance & Insights
* Monitor regional KPIs and performance trends to ensure budget and revenue targets are met.
* Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and automated alerts for business stakeholders.
* Translate BI insights into concrete business actions and clear, effective communication. Revenue Optimization
* Analyze pricing setup and sub-unit performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Track ongoing promotions and evaluate their impact on business performance.
* Develop revenue optimization tools and models to support pricing and commercial decisions. Analytics Projects
* Lead analytical initiatives that enhance efficiency and support strategic decision-making through reporting, automation and AI.
* Work with offline and online data sources to produce accurate, statistically sound analysis.
* Capture and document business requirements using structured methodologies. What we’re looking for
* 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or data science (travel industry experience is a plus).




* Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
* Strong Excel and SQL skills, and hands-on experience with Power BI.
* Experience in revenue optimization or commercial analytics.
* Highly data-driven, able to convert insights into actionable recommendations.
* Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Nice to have
* Experience with Python, machine learning modeling and cloud data platforms (we use AWS).
* Knowledge of ETLs and data modeling.
* Prior experience in online travel, e-commerce, or marketplace analytics. Why TBO.
