Project description We are looking for a CATT Tester to join our team supporting an international bank. The person will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining automated test cases using CATT (Calypso Automated Testing Tool) for Back Office modules within an existing Calypso production instance.Responsibilities Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases in CATT for Calypso Back Office modules (settlements, confirmations, accounting, SWIFT messaging)Execute regression test suites during Calypso upgrades, patches, and change deploymentsAnalyze test results, identify failures, and report defects with clear reproduction stepsWork closely with Calypso BO Analysts to understand functional requirements and translate them into test scenariosMaintain and organize the CATT test library — ensure test cases are up to date and aligned with current BO configurationParticipate in SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cyclesDocument test plans, test cases, test execution reports, and defect summariesSupport data preparation for test execution (trade creation, reference data setup,



SDI configuration in test environments)Assist in reviewing CATT test results using available tools and reporting mechanismsEscalate complex test failures to senior team members and track resolutionSkills Must have Basic understanding of capital markets products (bonds, FX, interest rate swaps) and trade lifecycle conceptsBasic understanding of Back Office processes: settlements, confirmations, accounting entries, SWIFT messagingFamiliarity with software testing concepts: test cases, test plans, regression testing, defect lifecycleAbility to write and read basic SQL queries for test data verificationAttention to detail and ability to follow structured test proceduresGood communication skills in English (written and spoken)Willingness to learn Calypso platform and CATT tool on the jobUniversity degree in Finance, IT, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)Any prior exposure to Calypso platform (even academic or training)Experience with CATT or any other automated testing tool (Selenium, UFT, or similar)Nice to have Basic knowledge of SWIFT message types (MT103, MT202, MT300, MT540-MT548)Understanding of Calypso BO workflow concepts (task stations, trade statuses, lifecycle events)Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, HP ALM, or similar)Basic scripting skills (Python, Shell) for test data preparationKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologyISTQB Foundation Level certification or willingness to obtain it#J-18808-Ljbffr
