Acknowledge to user email administration and manage O365 features.- Give remote support and physical support to all stores in EMEA.- Experience with ticketing system tools (Manage Engine and JIRA).- Support and maintenance of users' computer equipment (PC, Laptops, Desktops, Printers, peripherals, and wires).- Phone support for internal users.- Incident Management (SLA).- Acknowledge Network devices (medium level) (Routers, Switches, Firewall).- Document incidents/Problems in Ria's store applications.- Generate reporting | Impact analysis.- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and analyze/troubleshoot complex problems.- Update and manage Support and Incident tickets.Qualifications – External- Title in system administration and network.- Acknowledge an Infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Servers, Workstations, and Printers).- Acknowledge microcomputing.- Medium - High English Level.- Other technical skills desired.- Networking.- Understanding of TCP/IP.- Assembly Telecom rack.- Availability to give On-duty support and overtime.- Time flexibility.- High availability for Travel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
