Capitole keeps growing and we want you to be part of the journey!We are looking for aProduct Owner / Project Manager - ServiceNowto join our team in Barcelona and contribute to a large-scale international project.You will be responsible fordriving the evolution of ServiceNow as an ITSM platform, connecting business needs with technical teams and ensuring the right prioritization and delivery of platform improvements.The role combinesProduct Ownership, Project Management and functional ServiceNow expertise, with a strong focus on ITSM, platform governance and CMDB.What will you do?Drive theevolution and adoption of the ServiceNow platformacross different regions.Own and prioritize thebacklog, roadmap and platform enhancements .Gather and analyse requirements fromBusiness, IT and Security, translating them into functional and technical requirements.Coordinate ServiceNow initiatives and projects, managing priorities, dependencies and deliverables.Work closely with technical teams, regional leads, vendors and other stakeholders.Ensure alignment betweenServiceNow capabilities, ITSM processes and business needs .Contribute toServiceNow platform governanceand continuous improvement.Lead and supportCMDB governance, ensuring data quality, consistency and completeness.Coordinate initiatives related toConfiguration Management, Service Catalog and Asset Management .Monitor platform and process performance throughKPIs and dashboards .Promote standardization and continuous improvement of global ITSM processes.What are we looking for?7+ years of professional experiencein IT environments.Experience managingServiceNow as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Platform Owner, ServiceNow Consultant or similar role .Hands-on experience managingbacklog, priorities, roadmap and platform enhancements .Strong knowledge ofServiceNow and ITSM .Experience with ITIL processes,
