In this role, you’ll drive the test automation strategy, design robust test suites, and ensure the quality and reliability of our products across multiple services and platforms.Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity…Core QA ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases for web, API, and backend servicesCollaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality releasesIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test execution results.Perform code reviews, mentor junior QA engineers, and promote best practices for test automationInvestigate and report bugs and issues with detailed reproduction steps and logsEnsure test data, environments,



and tools are properly maintained and aligned with team needsProactively contribute to our quality culture and participate in improving testing processesAI & Modern QA ResponsibilitiesUtilize AI-powered development and testing tools to accelerate QA processesApply AI-assisted test generation, debugging, and defect analysis techniquesEvaluate and implement AI-driven QA solutions for automation optimizationUse tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI platforms effectively in daily workflowsCollaborate with engineering teams on AI-assisted SDLC initiativesWhat It Takes to Make an Impact Here…6+ years of professional experience in QA automationStrong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.Experience with test automation frameworks like Cypress or PlaywrightSolid experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or InsomniaFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (e.G., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)Deep understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, and QA methodologiesKnowledge of version control tools like GitExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsDesirable (but not required):Experience with performance testing tools (e.G., JMeter, Gatling)Exposure to cloud platforms like AWSISTQB or other relevant certificationsExperience in contract testing or TDD/BDDOur Engineering CultureOwnership over hand-offs Teams own outcomes,
