Mission

Manage the development, validation and implementation of injection molds for plastic components ensuring compliance with quality, cost and delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Define tooling and manufacturing constraints with Product Design Teams.

Prepare mold technical specifications.

Perform and review Mold Flow Analysis.

Evaluate mold suppliers and analyze quotations.

Follow mold manufacturing and validation activities at supplier’s side.

Coordinate mold implementation in production plants.

Maintain technical records and project tracking (External)

Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.

Knowledge of mold design and injection molding processes.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Fluent English.

Availability to travel mainly within Europe and occasionally outside Europe.
