You will consolidate demand, align supply and inventory, and drive decision‑ready scenarios that balance service, cost, and cash.Responsibilities:Lead the monthly Demand Review; own the forecast baseline, bias/deviation checks, and demand KPIs (FA, Bias, FVA)Own the S&OP calendar from analysis to Executive S&OP; prepare materials, facilitate reviews, document actions, and ensure on‑time inputsAlign supply and inventory with the approved demand plan; coordinate with Supply Planning and S&OE to mitigate shortages, overloads,



and service risksGovern planning parameters in SAP/Hydra (safety stock, MOQ, lead times); run periodic reviews and auditsManage inventory health (slow‑moving, excess, obsolescence); support product lifecycle transitionsBuild S&OP dashboards and automate reporting; develop capacity and risk/opportunity scenarios with clear recommendationsLead improvement projects in Supply ChainQualifications:Masters or Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or related fieldSeveral years of experience (at least 3+ years) in S&OP, Demand/Supply Planning, or Operations PlanningStrong analytics and scenario planning skills; proficiency with BI tools and ExcelWorking knowledge of SAP (Hydra a plus) and planning parametersFamiliarity with KPI improvement methods and data governanceConfident facilitator with crisp communication and follow‑throughFluent in English and SpanishJoin medmix—where sustainability fuels innovation and inclusion enables impact.
