For itsMadrid based office, our client, an international Financial Services structure, is currently looking for a:We are seeking an accounting professional with experience in thefull accounting cycleandmanaging client portfolios. The role covers bookkeeping, issuing invoices, bank reconciliations, preparing tax filings (including SII), and preparing annual accounts.Responsibilities include preparing financial reports for clients—cash flow, payments, financial statements, and tax position—as well as regulatory reporting. The role also provides audit support, prepares tax documentation for submission, and delivers periodic client reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and annual accounts.The adecuado candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to provide accurate, timely financial information while offering clear guidance to support clients’ needsResponsibilitiesAccounting, reporting, and preparing and issuing invoices for multiple companiesBank reconciliations, preparation and submission of tax returns and SII, and preparation and review of annual accountsPreparing all types of accounts, payments, cash flow, reports, financial statements,



cash position, and tax position for client companiesPreparing regulatory reports for third partiesBookkeeping, including accounting entries and related supporting documentationAssisting with audits by providing relevant informationObtaining accounting data for tax filings and preparing submission files for the STASupporting clients with financial reporting, such as periodic balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and annual accountsProfileAt least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-client companyBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldVery good level in both French and EnglishExcellent presentation skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple projects/tasks, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressureProactive approach to daily tasks and strong team-oriented mindsetInterest in working with different cultures#J-18808-Ljbffr
