We are looking for anAzure IT Support Specialistto join an international environment supporting critical data and analytics services across Azure.This role combinesIncident Management, Azure Operations and support of Data & Analytics platforms, working closely with business users and technical teams.What are we looking for?+3 years of experience in Service Desk, Service Operations or Incident Management.Hands-on experience supporting cloud-based services and working with ticketing platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk or Remedy.Strong experience or exposure to:Azure monitoring and logging solutions.Act as the main point of contact for incidents and service requests.Support users of Data & Analytics platforms.Monitor,
