If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Program Manager in Barcelona, you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and more.What you will do in this roleLead and manage a team of Team Leaders, ensuring operational performance, employee engagement, and the consistent application of company policies and standards.Monitor and analyze service level agreements (SLAs), operational metrics, and client scorecards, implementing improvement plans when needed.Drive revenue and financial performance through forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring billable and non-billable activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with client partners, participate in business reviews, and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Training, HR, Quality, WFM, and Talent Acquisition to identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement action plans.Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions with direct reports, support team development, and foster a positive and productive work environment.Your qualifications7+ years of professional experience,
