As a Recruitment Consultant in the region between Etten-Leur and Rotterdam., you are the dedicated point of contact for both the client and the employee, making sure everything is well organized both behind the scenes and on-site. Due to the continued growth of the client portfolio, an opportunity has arisen for a new Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

Function

As a Recruitment Consultant, you are the key link between the client and temporary workers. You spend most of your week on-site with clients in your region, where you maintain relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure that the services provided continue to meet the client’s needs.

You are responsible for a group of approximately 350 temporary workers, overseeing their deployment, scheduling, and support. This includes conducting regular employee meetings, organizing onboarding sessions for new temporary workers, and acting as the primary point of contact whenever questions or challenges arise. When necessary,



you also serve as a mediator between the client and the employee.

In addition, you monitor service quality, support the launch of new projects, and track workforce forecasts to proactively respond to developments. Fridays are primarily dedicated to administrative tasks such as absence management, vacation planning, and reporting. Part of these responsibilities can be performed remotely from home.

Throughout your development, you will receive monthly coaching from the Team Leader and work closely with a team of six Recruitment Consultants.

Job Requirements

What do we expect from you?

- MBO-level working and thinking ability, acquired through education and/or work experience;
- At least several years of experience within the staffing or temporary employment industry;
- Good command of the Dutch language (minimum B1 level);
- Good command of the English language;
- Good command of the Polish language;
- You live in the area between Rotterdam and Etten-Leur;
- Possession of a valid Category B driving licence.
