The idóneo candidate combines excellentcommunication and client-facing skills, and is comfortable bothsupporting clientsandleading conversationswhen required with strongtechnical capabilities .This role requires ahands-on, proactive approach, with the ability to dive into technical details, solve problems, and contribute across multiple projects. The candidate should thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting senior consultants while also taking ownership of their work and interactions with clients.Key Responsibilities:Participate inclient engagements,



understanding requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.Support the delivery ofdata management, analytics, or digital projects, including technical tasks such as data integration, reporting, or analysis.Prepare and deliverpresentations, documentation, and reportsfor clients.Collaborate closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Engage proactively inproblem-solving, providing recommendations and supporting implementation.Communicate clearly with clients, balancing technical detail with business context.Assist in developing proposals or supportingRFP responsesas needed.RequirementsAt least 1-3 years of professional experience inconsulting ,data management, analytics or digital projects .Strongtechnical aptitudewith the ability to engage in hands-on tasks when needed.Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills .Comfortable working directly with clients and contributing to discussions at both technical and business levels.Self-starter mindset, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Fluency inSpanishandEnglish.
