Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Valencia. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process, including planning schedules, coordinating crews, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

The Production

Manager will liaise with directors, producers, and creative teams, secure locations and permits, and handle logistics such as equipment, transportation, and accommodations. The role also includes supervising on-set operations, monitoring quality and safety standards, and resolving day-to-day issues that arise during production.

Qualifications

- Strong production management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and logistics coordination.
- Experience in film or media production environments, with knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in using production management tools or software and basic office applications for documentation and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse creative teams, partners, and community members.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to make decisions under time constraints and changing circumstances on set.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory requirements related to film and media production.
- Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English or additional languages is an advantage.
- Commitment to culturally responsive and authentic storytelling, with sensitivity to diverse identities and communities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
