They are looking for multiples SDR to generate qualified pipeline and fuel the growth of the Spanish market. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Identify, target, and engage new prospects through structured and repeatable outbound strategies (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).
* Qualification & SQL Generation: Qualify prospects against defined ICP criteria and convert them into high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the AE team.
* Meeting Booking & Handoff: Book qualified discovery meetings and ensure clean, structured handoff of opportunities to Account Executives.
* CRM & Data Discipline:



Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce, ensuring strong visibility.

YOUR PROFILE
* Outbound

Experience:
first experience as an BDR/SDR in a B2B SaaS or complex software environment.
* Proven Closing Track Record : Demonstrated ability to consistently hit or exceed quota.
* Hunter Mentality: Resilient, disciplined, and comfortable executing high-volume cold outreach.
* Prospecting Fundamentals: Solid understanding of ICP targeting, sequencing strategies, objection handling, and qualification frameworks.
