Logistics is the physical layer of the integral economy: a multi-trillion-dollar industry that still runs largely on manual decisions, disconnected systems, and guesswork. Shipsy is building the AI that runs it. Our platform plans, routes, tracks, and optimises the movement of goods for 275+ enterprises, including Heineken, ASDA, Aramex, Hellmann, Smiths News, UBT, and Catalent. Since 2020 we've grown nearly 40x. Gartner recognises us for Transportation Management Systems, our customers rate us the highest in our category globally, and we're backed by Peak XV and A91 Partners.
About the role
Europe is where enterprise logistics is most complex and where AI has the most to change. We're looking for someone to define how Shipsy wins there. This is not a territory to cover. You'll own the full go-to-market approach for the region: which segments we prioritise, how we position AI-led logistics to enterprise buyers, how deals get shaped and closed, and what the European team looks like as it grows. Your job is to turn those early wins into a repeatable approach. In this role, you will:
* Own Europe's revenue and the strategy behind it, from segment choice and account selection to deal design and expansion.
* Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements, working with operations, technology,
and executive leaders to rethink how their supply chains run.
* Work closely with Product and Engineering, bringing what you learn in the field back into the roadmap.
* Partner with Marketing, Demand Generation, and SDR teams to build a pipeline driven by real customer insight, not volume.
* Shape the conversation about AI in European logistics, so Shipsy is the company enterprises come to first.
* Build the regional team over time across Pre-Sales, Business Development, and Industry Consulting. You might thrive in this role if you:
* Have spent 6-8 years in enterprise SaaS go-to-market, ideally in supply chain or logistics technology, and have closed large, consequential deals.
* Understand how supply chains actually operate, well enough to have credible conversations with the people who run them.
* Know the European enterprise landscape and how buying decisions get made across its markets.
* Think like an owner. You're energised by building an approach from first principles, not by inheriting one.
* Communicate with clarity and conviction, whether you're talking to a COO or a frontline operations team.
* Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
