We're looking for a Technology and Innovation BUSINESS DEVELOPER to join our sales team in Granada, Spain. Safran Electronics and Defense (SED), and particularly SED Spain, is a world leader in Resilient Positioning, Navigation and Timing (R‐PNT) solutions that improve the reliability, performance and safety of critical applications and high‐risk operations, even in GPS/GNSS denied environments. We provide virtually fail‐safe GNSS and PNT solutions for defense, aerospace, and commercial applications worldwide.
You will be responsible for seeking and engaging new business opportunities primarily in the following application segments:
Aerospace (avionics, drones, and other vehicles)
Defense at an international level, leveraging other contacts and the international network of the Safran Electronics and Defense group
Facilitate our engagement in national/international business opportunities, contributing to the company's growth.
Promote and lead long‐term commercial partnerships with key customers and partners in Aerospace, Defense and Science programs.
Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities aligned with the company's technologies.




Collaborate on project proposals from a business‐development perspective, providing ad‐hoc support as required.
Leverage strategic partnerships to enhance performance, including preparation of international complex consortia and conducting joint international calls.
Maintain up‐to‐date internal databases related to customers, opportunities, and commercial activities.
Exceed annual order plan for R‐T projects and programs.
Execute plans to increase business opportunities that align with the company strategy and R‐T technology roadmap.
Proven track record of exceeding business targets in Aerospace, Defense and Science programs.
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
5+ years of business development experience with relevant electronic products, ideally in Aerospace, Defense and Science programs.
