AXA Partners seeks an Ecommerce Growth Acquisition Manager to lead and scale general paid campaigns, ensuring performance excellence and consistent tracking. The role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic support to local teams, promoting best practices and regional growth.

Reports to the Global Head of Ecommerce Acquisition
Direct responsibility for our global Schengen and Italy acquisition strategies
Oversees paid acquisition initiatives of local entities worldwide
Perform regular performance audits to identify issues and ensure KPIs are met
Advise and support local teams, enhancing their strategies and capabilities
Contribute to broader performance marketing and testing initiatives
7+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and international campaigns
Proven ability to manage and optimize global paid media budgets
io, Power BI, and other analytics tools




Comfortable working independently with a global/multi-market scope, including the ability to prioritize across competing local demands.
Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English and Italian
