As Content Manager - Team Lead (French Speaker) the employee reports directly to the Content Service Manager .
Managing and monitoring the progress of linguistic projects
Ensuring content quality across a wide range of styles, terminologies, and formats
Balancing project budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring overall profitability
Ensuring all content aligns with the client's desired tone, style, and brand identity
Briefing and coordinating with freelance writers, translators, editors, proofreaders, and reviewers
Handling all tasks related to linguistic project coordination
Supervise, guide,



and develop team members by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, fostering collaboration, and supporting individual professional growth
Proven experience (5–7+ years) in translation project management or a related role within the language services or digital/tech industry
Bachelor's degree in Languages, Communication, Translation, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
Proficiency in project management tools (Airtable, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies (QA, LQA) and process improvement frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
Permanent Full-Time Contract - 40h/week
Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 18:00
